"A short road with just a handful of homes"
Green Gables Court is a short road that has about five or six homes on it. These homes all have nice big yards with open space. They were once a part of a golf course community, but the golf course went into bankruptcy and is no longer open. When it closed, so did the clubhouse which had a nice restaurant with a deck and room for events, as well as a golf store.
Since the economy crashed there are some foreclosures and short sells in the area, but I haven't seen any for sale on Green Gables Court recently. Many of these homes are large and open and very nicely done.
