"A quiet, hidden street in the corner of the development"
Green Gables Circle only has about 12 homes on it. It sits in the southwest corner of the development and is always quiet with no traffic. All the homes on this street look different and some are very large and pretty. Most of the homes are set back from the road, giving them an even more remote feel.
Overall the neighborhood is quiet, even more so since the golf course and clubhouse shut down. There used to be people coming to play golf or grab a bite to eat, but those days ended when the golf course owners declared bankruptcy.
Kids who live in this area go to the Bennett School District which is below average. There are many homes here that are in foreclosure or being sold in short sale, so if a person were interested in this area now would be the time to buy. There are numerous deals here even though the development only has just under 100 homes.
