"One house and a couple apartment buildings call Bennett Avenue home"
Bennett Avenue is a short street which leads to other streets which have a lot of homes on them, but Bennett Avenue only has one house and a couple of apartment buildings. The one home is a small home which looks as if it has been there for years, but is really taken care of and has a nice piece of land it sits on. The apartment buildings are set back a way. On the corner of Bennett Avenue and Converse there is a Family Dollar store as well as a small locally owned restaurant. Within walking distance are a couple of churches, the post office, a dentist, and a community college.
