Homes share the road with industrial complexes along this winding north-south road, but the trees are so dense that privacy isn't really much of an issue. Sort of paralleling the I-5 corridor through the Tukwila area, it could provide an alternative option for freeway traffic, though not a very convenient one. Housing prices range from reasonable to ridiculous, depending on the motivation of the homeowner. While the street is a 2-lane road, traffic speeds by pretty quickly, so it's not the safest place for kids to ride their bikes or play in the street. However, crime rates along the road are minimal and kids have plenty of large back yards to play in. Neighborly spirit is almost non-existent since you're not very likely to meet any of them without some effort. The proximity of the highways do not add to the noise and the area is very serene and peaceful.
