"Typical airport avenue"
Chock full of hotels, family and fast-food restaurants, rental car agencies and shops, this is the typical avenue near the airport. Less green than most Seattle streets, it runs from a 4-lane to 6-lane boulevard and is the second shortest extension of Hwy 99 (the shortest being simply International Avenue which is the 10-block stretch right in front of SeaTac airport). Very culturally aware, this probably isn't the most desirable street to live on, though the schools in the area are fairly nice and well maintained. It does have one of the original stops for the new Seattle lightrail system at the intersection of Hwy 518. There is usually always traffic, though some times lighter than others. There are also more than its fair share of traffic lights. Not a great street to use as a shortcut anywhere.
