Melba Ave
"Short street close to schools and a mall"
Melba is a short street that runs from Ocean Ave. to Eucalyptus. It is a very short street, only one block long. It ends up at a small school parking lot that leads to Stonestown. This street is not very busy and is usually pretty quiet. It is located in a very peaceful area. The houses here are very nice and are pretty big. It is close to 3 schools, like Lowell. Stonestown is just a block away and it has many stores in it. There is access to many muni lines like the 23 and M. Overall this street would be an excellent place to live.

Melba Ave
"A clean street with large houses"
Melba Avenue is located between 23rd Avenue and 22nd Avenue. This street is peaceful and quiet. It is also very clean, there is little or no litter in the street and the street itself has no cracks or grafitti on it. The houses here are very nice. They are not large in height, but in width. Each houses takes up a good amount of space on the street. There are many facilities nearby. But the closest one would be the Stonestown Galleria. It is a shopping mall that includes restaurants, brand name stores, etc. There are also schools nearby, one being Lowell High School. This street is also near a park and a lake. There are plenty of places to visit for the residents of this street. I recommend this area for families and friends.

Melba Ave
"Quiet, short street close to the mall"
Melba Avenue is a short street, running one block long between Ocean and Eucalyptus. It is located between 22nd and 23rd avenue and leads into a small parking lot of a private elementary school. It has big houses, similar to those typical sunset houses however there have been many additions to most of them making the block and area a little more unique. One block up from this street is a big reservoir. Many soccer games are held on the field next to the reservoir. This street can get pretty parked up. Between the events held at that small reservoir and the YMCA on 21st avenue and the occasional event in Stern Grove, people who live there do not have too many spaces readily available. Every house does have a driveway though. This streets location is pretty convenient. There is Lowell High School and Lakeshore Elementary nearby and also a Bus lines that run up and down 19th avenue. I think it’s a great place to live for people who have busy lives.
