Upper Ter
"High up, as the name suggests!"
This is a very nice high up street close to Buena Vista Park. It's in a very affluent part of town and is composed of mostly beautiful large houses with inspiring views of the Inner Sunset District. It's a very windy street and I wouldn't recommend living there without access to a car, since the closest bus is down a steep hill and there is not a whole lot of shopping in the area.

"A winding street with nice houses"
Clifford street is a pretty short street, about two blocks in length, that intersects Ashbury street and Roosevelt Way. This street has a variety of houses and apartments. Each house has a different style. Some of the houses look classic and old, the others look modern and fashionable. Most of them have a home-like feel to them though. There are trees lining both sidewalks, which add color to the place give it a peaceful vibe. This street is generally peaceful, it is actually part of a whole network of other streets that only consists of houses. Unfortunately, this street does not have any stores so one would have to travel to buy groceries or clothes. There is however, a park and a playground nearby.

"Right next to Buena Vista Park!"
Buena Vista Avenue East starts from Buena Vista Avenue West and ends at Haight Street. Buena Vista Avenue East encircles half the Buena Vista Park. This street is on a hill, or on a slant. The 37 Muni bus also runs on this street but there is no designated bus stop (from what I’ve seen) on this street. There are a few things to do for the residents on this street and tourists, which include visiting the Randall Junior Museum (which I high recommend visiting) on Museum Way, Buena Vista Park, Corona Heights Park, and States Street Park. All are great to take your children to for a fun time as well as your pets to the parks.
