"A quiet little street at the back of the development"
Valley Way is a quiet little street at the back of the Antelope Hills subdivision. There are probably about 12 houses on this street and since it's the farthest street from the entrance it has almost no traffic. The homes are all well taken care of and many of the residents here have lived here since the development first began. There have been some foreclosures in the area, so what used to cost $400,000 to $600,000+ now can be purchased for well below that amount. Many of these nice big homes are well over 3,000 square feet and some go upwards of 5,000 when you include basement space. They are all on about .75 -1 acre of land.
This street is at the back of a now defunct golf course with a vacant clubhouse. As the economy is so poor right now, it's doubtful the course will be opening anytime soon.
The schools here are poor and many residents take their children elsewhere or homeschool. Overall, I would only recommend this neighborhood for someone who has some reason for living this far out and needs a nice, big home for a good price.
