37th Ave
"A street that has access to many things"
37th Ave runs through Sunset and then through Richmond. It is a residential street mostly. This street is very long. Overall a pretty safe street and not too busy. It is close to many things in Richmond and Sunset. There are a variety of restaurants and stores that this street has access to. It runs right by Saint Ignatius High school. It is also close to many parks and rec centers. There is access to many muni lines from this street like the L, N, and 29. It is such a pain to find parking in the Richmond side. This street would be an alright place to live.

37th Ave
"37th Ave: Only Houses"
37th Avenue is located between 36th and 38th Avenue, it leads from Fulton Street to Geary Blvd. The only thing that characterizes this street are the houses. There are only houses on this street, there aren't any cafes, shops, stores or anything else. The houses are pretty nice, they range from two stories high to three stories high. There are trees planted on both sides of the side walk so it gives the street a more bright and more lively look. This would be a great place to just take a walk, jog, or run. The street is clean and it is pretty safe too. The only con to this street is that there aren't many transportation options available.

37th Ave
"Good road to ride a bike on or for a jog, very close to transportation"
37th Avenue is much like 36th Avenue, nothing but houses, both in the Richmond and Sunset Districts. People living on 37th Avenue in the Sunset District will commonly hear a lot of car noise due to the commotion from Sunset Boulevard. 37th Avenue is also great for riding bikes through as there is barely any traffic or cars on this road. Living on 37th Avenue makes commuting to places very easy because of all the nearby bus stops on Taraval, Noriega, Judah, Lincoln, Fulton, Balboa, and Geary. While going through 37th Avenue you will pass by A.P. Giannini and a few other schools.
