"The two sides of Dogwood Ave."
I wouldn’t mean to offend anyone that chooses to call the neighborhoods near Dogwood Ave., home but to me things just seem to be very crowded and not to clean here and it shows in how the properties are maintained. Although Dogwood Ave. stretches from Wichita St. to Mohican Ave. it intercepts Chippewa Ave., Onondaga Ave., Iroquois Ave and Mohawk Ave. all in a span of one block. All the available living space here is apartments so the parking is very hard to find on nights and weekends. Many of the apartment complexes do offer parking spaces for tenants but it doesn’t seem to be nearly enough to accommodate the needs of the residents. Dogwood Ave. does split and then reappear in a much shorter stretch west of Euclid St. The living area here is very different from the previous part of Dogwood mentioned. This part of the street begins and ends between Loara St. and Dresden St. The living area here consists of single family houses. There is hardly any traffic here if it isn’t the residents or surrounding neighbors trying to get onto one of the major streets like La Palma Ave. or Euclid St. which is nice.
