"Overall, not so great"
Talk about a convenient location! North West Street has apartment complexes, a local park, an elementary school, the US postal office and a 7-11 all on one corner! However, along with conveniences such as these, come inconveniences. Due to the number of apartment complexes, this is a very crowded street where you feel like everyone is on top of each other. Kids are also running wild all over this street.
There is a nice park near by. Every weekend, there are soccer games there. If that is a pro or con depends on your view of soccer and what you want to use the park for.
Parking is very hard unless you have an assigned space. Even then, it is still going to be difficult for your guests to find parking. And, once you do have your car parked, it probably is not safe. Remember all those wild kids running around? Well, they like to play a game called "Break Car Windows". This is lots of fun for them, but, pretty expensive for you in glass replacement bills. Plus, once your car window is broken, even if the kids don’t steal your stuff, who is to say someone else won’t?
