"Children friendly area"
I’ve lived around North Loara Street for some time now and I feel like it is an extremely family friendly street. With that comes its pros and cons at least from my perspective. I have yet to have children of my own let alone a family of my own but if I did I might like Loara St. more than I do now. Along this street drivers can find two elementary schools, a local post office and access to a shopping plaza that includes a Walmart, a Forever 21 and a few other stores. The traffic around here is usually at its most heaviest during the morning hours when parent are dropping their children off for school, lunch time and afternoons would be the next busiest when parent and school buses do their daily pick-ups. The neighborhood options vary from convenient apartment living to large single family homes that make it easy to walk kids to school. I wouldn’t suggest this neighborhood for singles or couples without kids or who do not intend to have any soon. The night life is pretty much non-existent and the surrounding areas are far more family friendly than anything else. So just keep that in mind when you house hunt around here.
