"It's a good place for raising family and working"
I have lived here for the past two years. I own a house in one of the condos. The area is fairly safe. At night there are people who walk their dogs and such. Most of the people who live here are latino families or working professionals. At night it is pretty quiet overall and there’s not much noise. However the parking is a little hard to get once in a while. The neighbors are all pretty friendly if you actually talk to them. There are many kids on the streets so that they usually play out in the area until 7-8 ish. Those are the only times that it do get a little noisy.
The area is really close to some of the major retail centers such as the district and the market place. It is a good area to live in for both the people who work in orange county or who graduated from UCI or is currently going to UCI. The rent is a lot cheaper compared to the neighborhoods in Irvine.
