Tustin Ranch is a posh community located within the city of Tustin in Orange County. In 1982, the Irvine Company decided to build this planned community on a property that used to be a part of the Irvine Ranch. This project was approved by the County of Orange in 1986 and thus the Tustin Ranch was born and became a part of the City of Tustin in Southern California.

Tustin Ranch was planned to hold 7000 homes ranging from apartments to big mansions that would cater to the needs of the diverse population in Orange County. The children attend schools operated by the Tustin Unified School District. The Beckman High School, located in Irvine is also highly patronized by the residents of Tustin Ranch.

The communities in Tustin Ranch would find themselves surrounded by the Tustin Ranch Golf Course. Deemed as the Finest Course in the Orange County, this 196 acre land goes through the foothills of these Tustin Ranch communities and is decorated with many artificial lakes.

Tustin Ranch lies in close proximity to the Tustin Market Place. This large shopping complex with 120 stores and restaurants is a significant shopping region for those who live in Tustin Ranch. The Tustin Market place is an outdoor styled shopping region that can fulfill their grocery, household and shopping needs.
The Tustin Auto Center is conveniently located by the I-5 freeway and is the next biggest auto mall to the Cerritos Auto Square. Home to over 20 prestigious car dealerships, this auto center sells over 200 cars daily and holds over 5000 cars at any one time. The Tustin Auto Center is known to be one of the biggest income sources for Tustin.
