"Beautiful neighborhoods found here"
My office recently relocated to a new building in the Tustin area and as I become more familiar with my surroundings I’m actually finding some wonderful new neighborhoods and streets I wouldn’t mind living in. One of my new favorite streets is Yorba St. in Tustin. I’ve become quite familiar with the area located between 17th St. and 1st St. There are primarily businesses and office space from Irvine Blvd/4th. St. straight through to 1st St. But it’s the neighborhoods I see on my daily commute to and from work from Irvine Blvd./4th St. to 17th St. that I’m starting to fall in love with. The neighborhood is gorgeous, quiet, with many cul-de-sacs off to one side and small residential circles on the other. I feel like this would be an ideal area for families and couples looking for a nice place to settle down. I know I would love to find a home here. The neighborhood also has easy access to the 55 frwy. which happens to run parallel to Yorba St. and can quickly connect you to the 5 frwy and 91 frwy as well. I did notice however that Yorba St. cuts off to the side after 17th St. and continues down to Chapman Ave. but I have yet to explore that far down. Maybe that will be next on my to-do list.
