"Queit, solitary street"
Manchester Ave. in Anaheim has to be another one of my favorite go to streets when traffic is something I’m not in the mood for. The part of Manchester Ave. I frequently use begins at Lincoln Ave. and stretches down towards Ball Road where it then turns into Disneyland Drive. The street runs perfectly parallel to the 5 frwy during this stretch to which is great and there are very few traffic lights to hit. Residential areas can be found along Manchester but they’re primarily secluded from the traffic as well so all you really see while traveling down this road is a few cars and the high walls of the frwy. Near Lincoln Ave. and Manchester Ave. there are quite a few tire shops, mechanics and car brake shops. While near Manchester Ave. and Ball Rd. it starts to get a whole lot busier. This is where Manchester turns into Disneyland Drive and takes drives straight to Downtown Disney and Disney land parking lots. You can also choose to drive straight past these destinations but be careful to pay attention to the traffic signs posted because it is rather confusing. If you get caught in the Disneyland parking structure don’t panic, just let them know about the mishap and they’ll be happy to show you the way out. It’s embarrassingly happened to me more than once.
