"Green and beautiful"
A quiet, residential neighborhood with plenty of shady leaf trees to provide some seclusion to the outside world, S. 138th St. offers quick access to Sunset Park and long, windy walking paths throug the trees. The beauty of the area lends its thanks to the SeaTac Parks Dept. off of S. 138th St., and the neighborhoods are peaceful and lush. The east side homes are a little on the worn side, but all of the single-family residences are affordable and most are fairly well maintained. Access to the highways provide direct routes to downtown Seattle and a quick exit when you want to get out of town. The nearby schools give kids a place to play, as well as the huge parks in the vicinity.
