"Quiet street near amenities"
There is a small stretch of S. 152nd St. on the west side of the airport that is a brief extension of SW 152nd St., and another short stretch on the east side of I-5, but this review is focused on the 12-block section between 24th Ave. S. and 42nd Ave. S. The houses are mostly single-family homes, though there are a couple of apartment complexes. The proximity to the airport is nice, if you can tolerate the sound of the planes arriving and taking off. It's also close to Hwy 518 and Hwy 509 for quick access out of town or to downtown Seattle. The street is green and lush and the neighborhood is fairly inexpensive for the area. The neighborhood is like a hidden section amid some pretty seedy sections of south King County, but the neighbors are friendly. The two biggest things this street has going for it are the lush greenery and (the most important rule) location.
